Alternative SMTP Proxy inbound port

Does anyone know of a way to enable the SMTP proxy to listen for inbound traffic on a different port other than port 25?  Say 10025,  to by-pass the ISP blocking rules.  

Currently I have a DNAT rule which works fine, but I'd like to use the AV and Anti-Spam featues of the Proxy.

    I need to know this info also ...

    i read something about 
    /var/chroot-smtp/etc
    editing the exim.conf file
    and adding the port....


    i have done this and still can not get it to work 


    can someone please give us some insite !
