I would like to know if/how there is a way for me to change the error message the users get when their e-mail couldn't be delivered.
It would be nice to be able to edit the message to make it more understandable for those who are not familiar with computing, and also maybe something more polite and a phone number/mail address incase they have questions.
Currently the message is:
[FONT="Courier New"]Subject: xx Mail delivery failed : returning message to sender
This message was created automatically by the SMTP relay on xx.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to all of its recipients.
The following address(es) failed:
xx@xx.se
SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:
host ***
554 Your access to this mail system has been rejected due to the sending MTA's poor reputation. If you believe that this failure is in error, please contact the intended recipient via alternate means.[/FONT]
