Astaro_Hostname Mail delivery failed : returning message to sender

Hello,

I am running exchange 2003 sp2, and use astaro as the smart host to send emails. Most of the emails delivered successfully, but others returned with the following error message:

Subject: astaro_hostname Mail delivery failed : returning message to sender
This message was created automatically by the SMTP relay on astaro_hostname.
  
A message that you sent  could not be delivered to all of its recipients.
The following address(es) failed:

  Mike@tabb.com
    SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO::
    host tabb.com [IP]: 550 Your HELO string is incorrect

    Our standard is to give the Astaro a hostname of "mail.DomainName.com" and to make sure that there's also a valid reverse DNS record for that FQDN.

    OK, thank you very much.
    Well i made some search, and i found that i have to change the SMTP hostname in Astaro under Email security -> SMTP -> Advanced.
