User Portal Problem

I have installed the trial version of ASG 7.402 to test the functionality in our network enviroment.
Everything works fine except one thing: I have enabled the enduser-portal, to let our secretary access the spam quarrantine. But if the user logs in to the enduser-portal, he sees no buttons for pop3-quarrantine or whitelist in the menu bar.

The user is authenticated via Active Directory. If I create a new local user without AD, I get only one more button for password change.

Unfortunately, I have found nothing about such problem here in this board!

Has anybody an idea?

    The Astaro POP3 proxy does not have SSL capability, so it won't work with gmail, hotmail, etc.

    You must have set up the POP3 Advanced tab correctly before the end use can access the Portal to configure it for access to the POP3 Quarantine, and the POP3 address there must be identical to the one in the users client.

    If that doesn't solve your problem, then please show pictures of the secretary's astaro user definition and your POP3 'Advanced' tab.
