Quarantine report caught Outlook Junk folder

Hi,

We are running Astaro V7.4 on our network and have it set up to send quarantine reports to users twice a day. It works fine but for some reason the report is getting caught by Microsoft Outlook 2003 "Junk E-Mail" folder. Will I need to modify the report subject to something else, which I would rather not since it already clear and to the point. Or should I make adjustments to the Exchange server store Junk e-mail configuration. Any information is appreciated.

Thanks, Julio

  • I got an answer to the question finally for anyone else that may have this issue. The user had set their outlook spam filter to "High" and it was catching everything. I reset it to "Low" and that took care of the problem.
