Scan outgoing mail for Spam?

I have done some quick searches on the forums and am getting mixed answers.  Is it possible to scan outgoing email, (eg. from an Exchange Server pointing at Astaro 7.401 as a smart host) for spam?

    Well it seems that Astaro did fix this issue in 7.50 and the SMTP express filter actually filters/scans emails when they are sent. Now the problem is what happens with that email that is blocked because of an expression filter.

    Scenerio... I add "Balfson" to the smtp expression filter becuase he just knows too much and people find his name offensive [;)]

    I send an email with Balfson in it instead of Valfson (didnt spell check it).
    SMTP detects Balfson and quarentines the email.

    Problem is, I get my quarentine report and there is nothing on it about my email with Balfson being quarentined.

    I am not using the user portal, I have a Quarentine report sent twice a day to the users to release there own spam.

    Is this a bug or by design?

    Well hopefully that gets fixed soon, but I must say, it is nice to see the feature enabled. 

    I have not tried it on our production servers yet, but I would love to have a better solution for stopping user from replying to user account phishing scams.
