Scan outgoing mail for Spam?

I have done some quick searches on the forums and am getting mixed answers.  Is it possible to scan outgoing email, (eg. from an Exchange Server pointing at Astaro 7.401 as a smart host) for spam?

    CORRECTION: Outbound email is scanned by the Expression filter.

    I'm pretty certain that it's AV only.

    Correct the Astaro will scan incoming mail for content, SPAM, and viruses.
    While out going mail will only have extensions scanned for viruses, the body
    of the messages is currently not scanned
