SMTP not on the Default GW NIC

Hi All,
For a few weeks I have 2 ISP's on 2 different NIC's (duh). 1 of the ISP's does NOT allow SMTP traffic (this is the high speed internet = WAN 1) and the other DOES allow SMTP traffic (is the slow speed internet = WAN 2). 
I want to use for the common internet traffic WAN 1 and only the WAN 2 for the SMTP traffic, inbound and outbound and of course use the Mail Security. I can't figure it out how to set this up. When I use the WAN 2 setup and set the gateway everything is working fine but when I set WAN 1 as the default GW the mail isn't received & deliverd... I think this setup should be possible or am I wrong?

    I believe Policy Routing can do what you need.

    I think the new "Multipath Rules" might allow you to do this more easily.  Check Astaro's examples.

    Eric, I see the examples for Multipath rules, but what about the rest of the configuration.  I did find KnowledgeBase article 303439 - "Forcing HTTP (or other unique traffic) over a specific interface when balancing WAN links" - are there more examples in another document?

    I wish I knew the answer Bob, but I haven't tried to implement yet, and haven't checked on any documentation, etc.  Just as Barry suggested to Fobe, we previously implemented policy routing, but that solution wasn't perfect for us, so this is supposed to be a better and easier solution for appropriate situations.  However, since it's brand new in 7.4, we may need to ask Angelo C. or tech support for an assist until a few of us have done it and the process is documented a bit more.
