Not getting mail from outside person with error

lost while reading message data (header)

Mail from the sender domain seems to be dropped with this error every once in a while.  Sometimes it works...  Sometimes it throws this error.

Is there any way (if so please explain in detail) to increase the logging output for the SMTP proxy?  BTW we are using ASG 525 on V7.305.

    This must not be a common problem, or you would have had a response by now.  I've never seen "lost while reading message data (header)" - is that in your SMTP log?  Can you post the entire SMTP conversation for us?
