Bounce mail

Hi

I've checked the smtp log from the user portal and I got couple of bounced emails. I am getting this on the log:

2009-03-04 00:18:51 ******@gmail.com R=dnslookup T=remote_smtp: SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data: host gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com [64.233.183.27]: 550-5.7.1 [81.154.250.76] The IP you're using to send mail is not authorized\n550-5.7.1 to send email directly to our servers. Please use the SMTP\n550-5.7.1 relay at your service provider instead. Learn more at\n550 5.7.1 'The IP you're using to send email is not authorized...' - Gmail Help i8si2911035nfh.69

Any ideas on how I can allow this email
Thanks once again

  • Gmail has an SPF record, so most servers will bounce an email coming from your IP instead of an authorized Gmail IP.
