I just started using the user portal to have my users check the mail that is quarantined for their accounts as well as maintain their own whitelist.
We have multiple locations and each location has an in-house IT person. We would like to provide a login for that IT person to be able to see all their users mail quarantine and manage the whitelist. Each location is in a separate OU so basically we would like to assign the OU to the IT Coordinator to manage the spam. Is this even possible?
