Daily Executive Report - no email stats

Hi all,
Since 03/12/2008 I've had no Email Usage stats in the daily exectutive report.
I seem to not have a firewall report from the day before. I'm tried everything in the control panel to fix this but nothing,
Can Anyone shed some light on this,

    Paul, you likely have a broken PostgreSQL database.  Search on 'PostgreSQL reindex'.
