Quarantined as SPAM

No reason on how some emails are quarantined as SPAM.

And how those quarantined reasons are stored inside ASG.

In last week, some test emails from same email address were being quarantined as SPAM after sent a number of them.   But OK in initial few emails.   So need to add to Whitelist to enable forward.  In last day, removed the email address from the Whitelist and all test emails are forwareded.   Why?

    Under V7.3+, the Astaro doesn't break down why it considers an item spam.  All it does is reject, deliver or quarantine.  In older versions, SpamAssassin was used, and that gave you an idea of the detail, but it really serves no useful purpose.

    If Astaro may provide information in coming future on why a email is quarantined?

    Just a few hints so to decide if need to add to whitelist or not?

    If you set up the User Portal, each user can manage his own whitelist.  The administrator doesn't need to worry about "why" anymore.

    Already done for created user portal for some end-users.   End-Users asked why their emails sent by important clients are quarantined as SPAM randomly without reasons.

    End-users is also worrying if apply certain rules to WhiltList may lower the protection so finally consult back the administrator.

    Better to give reasons to both end-users and administrators so they know how to input to WhiteList or tell the senders to send emails to avoid as SPAM.
