pop3proxy - Can't connect to database, retrying in 10 seconds

I've  ASTARO 7.301 and my POP3 email working very good until 4 days ago, because it began not allowing to enter incoming mail, when revising in mail security POP3 the live log  
  
The following Error appears

2009:01:19-17:43:35 (none) pop3proxy[8699]: Can't connect to database, retrying in 10 seconds: FATAL: the database system is starting up
2009:01:19-17:43:45 (none) pop3proxy[8699]: Can't connect to database, retrying in 10 seconds: FATAL: the database system is starting up

And when i try to make telnet to the port 25 doesn't respond

but if I make ping responds

Can Somebody help me please [:S]
