Reasons on Emails are Blocked

in the Mail Manager you can see various symbols beside a blocked mail (like a flame). These symbols indicate the reason.

I am using the User Portal to Check.   From the Tab of "Mail Quarantine", I could see the email is identified as "Spam" with a flame.   But I don't know why it was quarantineed as Spam.

In last few days, I was sending some test email from my gmail account with simple subject and simple content (e.g. Test Email 1).   The first few days could be forwarded without problem, but afterwards all emails are blocked by Astaro.

I would like to check the reasons and then release this for further tests.

How many different symbols are there and what are their reasons?

Finally, I need to put my gmail account into Email Address Whitelist before allow forwarded.   This may not be OK if someone forge the email will pass via without protection.

Own testmails won't work with the spam filter because it's not keyword based.
A mail can be blocked for following reasons:
- Malware (Virus)
- Spam
- Forbidden expression found
- Attachment with forbidden extension found
- Unscannable (Encrypted archive found)
- Attachment with forbidden mime-type found

I found that the emails are quarantineed as Spam, but don't know why it was classified as Spam.   How I could release this for not as Spam other than add the sender address inside Whitelist.

What the meaning of "Origing Reputation Scoring" and fingerprinting?

I just send emails from Gmail via ASG repeatly.    Will this cause it become SPAM?

Will ASG only remember this for a short period or keep the record inside its Database?
