ASTARO blocks itself and RELEASE doesn't work

As you can see the Astaro blocks it own report mails.

The release function does not work aswell. If anybody click on release the follwowing message appears:

Anybody an idea?

An administrator can release the mail in the Mail Manager manually, but thats not the way it should work.

The DNS had some problems und could not solve the hostname of the astaro. I defined a static route and it works.
