Hi all, I have an ASG Software, Firmware 7.304. I have configured the proxy SMTP and this work fine, but I have see 2 message blocked with .doc attach. If I see the SMTP Quarantine on the Mail Manager, the messages are blocked for "MIME Type (audio/mp4-latm)" reason.
Is this any bug of Astaro?

Do you have content blocking turned on? In 7.3x you have many options for controlling spam and blocking potentially dangerous content.

Look under Mail Security > SMTP > anti-virus tab for the options.

Hi Jack, yes, I have enabled content blocking. Quarantine audio content, Quarantine video content and Quarantine executable content are all enabled. On "File extension filter" I have added "pps" and nothing more. But why the .doc attach are blocked as "MIME Type (audio/mp4-latm)"?

Are you sure that there's no audio or video file embedded in the .doc attachment?

Hi, yes, 100% sure. Is a simple file .doc. Some messages without attachments be blocked for the same reason. Is very very strange....
