pop3 email blocked message

Hi all
is there a way to make the POP3 proxy don't send an email blocked message to the user when a spam message is detected "see attachment"
the quarantine report is turned off, as well as the user portal so the user cannot release the message!!

You can enable prefetch mode, but then you should also enable quarantine report in order to see once or twice a day if mails got blocked.
