I've recently started using the Astaro Mail Gateway and I seem to have an issue with the Mail Log in the user portal.
The User Portal uses an OpenLDAP server for backend authentication and the user objects are created automatically when a user authenticates. The first issue is that the 'mail' attribute isn't brought into the newly created user object. Is this possible?
I suppose that is a nice to have feature but the real problem is that as the 'Email Address' isn't filled in, the user can see a vast array of email failures in the User Portal log.
Is there a problem with filter if the email address is blank?
Obviously i'd prefer it to fill in the email address automatically from the mail attribute but i'd settle for it not displaying anything until its filled in manually.
Any help would be appreciated.
