Quarantine Report sent twice

I'm on 7.302 and today got the Quarantine report twice, and they look identical except one was 70kb and the other was 65kb and had a capital B in random places:
one between the banner and the User line,
one between the statistics panel and the logo
one after the release link at the end of each email listed
and one on the line in between the email list and the online help

Any ideas?

    I've seen these complaints here, but all were from people who only wanted one report a day.  None of our clients has the problem.  

    We have everyone set to deliver the reports 15 minutes after the beginning of the business day and 30 minutes before the end.

    We have ours set to send twice a day, 1am & 1pm, but for clarification this was the same 1pm notification sent twice. (one which was corrupted).

    One client had a PostgreSQL problem on the slave of a cluster and that gave us wierd things.  This feels like the same thing.  The solution was to stop PostgreSQL on the Slave, erase some files and restart PostgreSQL which then rebuilt its files; all has worked fine ever since.  I don't know how to do that, but Astaro Support did.  I was ready to re-install from the iso.
