Quarantine Report

I have ASG 425  ( HA ) , and after Updated to V7.302 My users received the Quarantine Report Twice a Day at the same time ( exact  the same copy of the report )  , although the option to send additional Report is Disable  
and i have this error message in HA [SIZE="6"][FONT="Arial"](CONFIG main: slon version 1.2.14 starting up  2008:09:28-07:45:26 (none) slon[8387]: [2-1] FATAL main: Cannot connect to local database - FATAL: database "reporting" does not exist [/FONT][/SIZE]
