incorrect hash

we use S/MIME encryption since august 2007. after upgrade to 7.201 one partner receives our mails and only our mails with invalid hash in his lotus notes. So he's thinking the mails is probably falsified. 
how can we find the reason?  
how can we check the correctness of the encryption?

  • Tom... I submitted a case long ago on the same issue (broken email encryption engine); the answer I got was that 7.3xx was going to fix it.  I haven't yet had a chance to test the new version with email encryption.  The case number I got back then was 00069569; they confirmed there was an issue.

    To the OP, have you tried upgrading to 7.302?
