POP3/Prefetch problem

I have had a problem come up in the past couples weeks that I cant explain.

I have a client that is unable to complete the download of the mail from the ASG v7.301

The client is a Canon Copier. It is able to retieve the mail and print it, but it doesnt seem to be able to end the session and delete the message or to tell the Astaro to. The result is the same message download every 10 minutes.

Now it never had this problem when it connected directly to the mail server of my hosting provider.

What I need to know is, is there a way to turn the prefectch off for this one email account? OR to allow the machince to bypass the ASG and retieve the email .

Here is the snippit from the pop3 log:

There is no Logged out entry after the login.

When the mail is already stored on the ASG, it shouldn't matter whether prefetch is enabled or not. Does it work with another client? I can look at your box if you sent me login data to your shell to cgarst at astaro dot com.
