POP3 Proxy false positive

Is there anything that can be done for e-mail that has been wrongly quarantined by the POP3 proxy?

I can't use the report as false positive function from the mail manager for them.

It just does nothing when I select it. Shouldn't the quarantined mail dissapear once I choose report as false positive?

Yes and no. If you select "Report as false positive" then nothing else will happen. There is also "Release and report as false positive" which will also release the mail. But in order to release mails, your pop3 server must be entered in the pop3->advanced settings.
