[7.301] File extension filter fooled by non-ascii-characters

Hello,

I've blocked pif- and lnk-files (among others) with the file extension filter. But when sending a file with non-ascii-characters in the filename (for example with German umlauts) these attachments are not blocked!

The mail-source looks something like this:
[...]
--=-------------12214733482889121385
Content-Type: application/octet-stream;
 name="=?iso-8859-15?Q?testar=F6ss=E4.pif?="
Content-Disposition: attachment;
 filename="=?iso-8859-15?Q?testar=F6ss=E4.pif?="
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
[...]

P.S.: This bug was already present in ASG v6.x. Don't know if it still existed in ASG 7.202, but in ASG 7.301 it's there (again).
