7.3: After Update no User Portal + Mail Manager available

Hello,

after Update to 7.3 no User Portal + Mail Manager are available. The User Portal Webseite is empty, no login to see.

The Mail Manager opens a new Browser-Window and shows the normal ASG Login Screen.

It seams the reason was a internal lan adress xy. If I connect to the ASG from internal LAN to the external Adress ist works.

I had this issue and it was due to my bookmark having a /portal in the URL. When this was removed it worked like a champ

Same problem here, after update to 7.300 I got no login page. But there is also something strange:

-> if I set the end user portal to port 443, in netstat -tulpen is port 10443 shown.
-> if I try to connect to port 80, I can connect but the page is blank!
-> if I set the end user portal to something like 4662, the page works?!

It looks like there is somewhere a problem, I found at this posting this:
The webserver which serves the end user portal runs on port 10443. OpenVPN (SSL) forwards traffic to this port, if a browser requests on port 443. If a VPN client sends a request, OpenVPN answers directly.

Now, when I disable the ssl-vpn, it works perfekt under https://*** ... when I enable ssl-vpn it works neither via https:... nor https:***:10443

I run my portals on non-default ports (2443, usually), so I guess that's why I don't see this. I did get bitten by the "/portal" issue in DNS, but quickly adjusted that one to point to "/".

Yeah, I don't see the mail manager here after installing 7.300.
It opens a URL of https://:/undefined

Yeah but I don't know what the URL is to the Mail Manager itself.

As has been pointed out, you can;t get to the mail manager without going through the login page of the portal located at the IP & port of your ASG, so that's your address.

Now, if DNS is pointing to IP[:P]ort/portal (as we did with earlier versions), then you'll need to adjust the appropriate A or CNAME record to lop off the "/portal" in order to get to a functional page.
