Cant release SPAM

In the Quarentine manager I see several POP3 spam messages. I can only view, or delete them. If I click on the download IE7 opens a small window for a fraction of a second and then closes it right away.

I have popups enabled and my ASG is trusted.

What else could i be missing?

Hi,

try this:

In IE7
Goto Tools>>Internet Options
Security Tab
Custom Level
Under Downloads Select Enable for Automatic prompting for file downloads

My bad I should have checked that first, I had the ASG in my trusted sites but that wasnt enabled. I enabled it a it its working.

I am also going to assume that the reason I cant release them is that I do not have prefetch enabled?
