Multiple adresses for AD-Users / Outgoing Mail in User-Portal

I got a couple of questions:

1. At the moment there doesn't seem to be any notification when outgoing mails are filtered. Those messages don't appear in the End-User-Portal either. (Admin can see them in Quartantine Manager)

Is there any way for a user to get noticed about / to manage those quarantined mails?

2. We use AD-authentication for our users. We have the problem that our users don't see all their quarantined mails in the User Portal, caused by different mail adresses (spelling/domain/...)

Can anyone give us a hint, how to manage multiple mail addresses in ActiveDirectory for one user, so these addresses get recognized by our ASG?

Are you using Exchange for e-mail in your Active Directory?

Nope,
we are using Lotus Domino.

At the moment the mail addresses in Actice Directory are entered manually.

Ah, unfortunately I don't have any experience with Notes. In an Active Directory without Exchange, there is a user attribute called "mail" but you can only have one e-mail address there.

yep,

i already figured that the attribute "proxyaddresses" is used by Exchange for multiple mail-addresses per user.

If i enter this attribute manually, the ASG recognizes the additional addresses. But without Exchange there doesn't seem to be a comfortable way to manage this attribute.
