Can not get big Attachments

Hello,

we have the following Problem:

We activated the POP3 Proxy without Prefetch. Everything works fine, until there is a Mail with a bigger (5 - ??? MB) Attachment. By fetching the Mail we run into a "time Out".

I think it is a Problem with the Scanning af the Attachment, the Astaro downloads the file, but does not sending something to the Mailclient, and the Mailclient runs then into an "time out".

If this is true, is there a solution for it??

Hi,
Assuming your e-mail client has an adjustable time-out shift it to slightly longer than your prefetch time.
That fixes the problem in most cases.

Hello,

thanks for the reply, it helped on a PC with Outlook installed, but one of our Customers has the same Problem, but he is using Apple MAIL, and...... there is no konfig for Timeout.

Stuck again
