Spam Score

I used to be able to look at the headers of a sucessful email once it had been delivered and be able to see its spam score which was useful in setting thresholds etc. Such as
X-cff-SpamScore: 0.6(/)
X-cff-SpamReport: ----- ----- 0.6 NO_REAL_NAME From: does not include a real
  name


However now all I get is 

X-cff-SpamScore: 0(/)
X-cff-SpamReport: ----- ----- Message is unknown to the spam scanner.

It looks like this stopped in September last year, Anyone have idea why? Running Astaro V7.104 now, not so sure what it had been last Sept.

    I guess maybe it depends if you have it setup right?

    All my mail goes through and I have the warn limit set to 3, all spam gets the following type of header added:

    X-cff-SpamScore: 5(++++)
    X-cff-SpamReport: ----- ----- Spam message from sources that are not
      confirmed spammers.
    X-Spam-Flag: Yes

    Also it puts [SPAM] in the Subject (but yuo don't need to do this really)

    Basically I filter by the X-Spam-Flag:
