If I understand the online manual correctly, with the "Per-domain profiles" you can specify special cases where the more general options (under tabs "Global", "Anti-virus", "Anti-spam", and so on) are not appropriate.
1. Do settings under the "Per-domain profiles" override the more general ones, in cases where both apply?
2. Do I have to define a "Per-domain profile" when I can find all the appropriate options under the other tabs? For instance, where we have only one domain hosted on one Exchange server on the inside, there's no need to specify a "Per-domain profile" to get anti-spam measures working, or is it?
(I can't say for sure since I don't have any ASG boxes to fiddle with, besides the ones already running live at our customers'...)
3. Also, what's up with these huge amounts of spam on the most recent v7 versions? Got a couple of boxes updated to v7.104, and they receive inordinate amounts of spam compared to earlier v7 or v6 versions. I understand Astaro has switched to a proprietary anti-spam engine, but for crying out loud, it's got to be better than this???
