Attachment deletion Without notification

Hello All,

I hav been attempting to diagnose this problem for several days now and have come to the conclusion that Astaro SL 7.011 is deleting a attachment with the mane of I_TEST.pdf.p7s. 

I thought it was a Outlook Problem until today but have now tested it through our frontend backend Exchange servers and the message with attachment is properly displayed. Only when it comes in through the ASL firewall is the attachment deleted without any notification. 

Even when i turn off the anti virus scanning it still gets deleted.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated as to where i may look to further diagnose this.

    Do you have Email Encryption enabled on the Astaro? It would automatically process files with that extension (signature files)...

    Also, you may want to consider up2dating to 7.104; quite a few bugs have been fixed since 7.011.

    no I do not have Email Encryption Enabled. ok i will attempt to upgrade on the weekend. and see what happens.

    Hello All,

    well i updated the system to the latest version of ASL and it is still deleting the p7s file without any information in the spam report or in the Quarintine. 

    Any ideas where i should look in the logs to try to figure out why?
