Still unable to connect to Datacenter

Dear All,

Any helper meet this problem on ASG v7.103 / v7.104 spam protection? I don't know why? All test email can pass through from Astaro to my outlook (I was setup the lowest level for Spam & Quar but still no effect.

X-cff-SpamReport: ----- ----- error: scanning failed X-CTCH-Error: Still unable to connect to Datacenter
