block a particular email address

Please can someone tell me the right perl pattern syntax for the blocked expressions to match fred@fred.co.uk

I have tried fred@fred\.co\.uk
fred\@fred\.co\.uk
and fred@fred.co.uk

none of those seem to work where am I going wrong?

don't you just put the e-mail address without any Perl?

I have tried fred@fred.co.uk and it did not work either. Anyone else got ideas?

Hi!

I'm seeing the same behavior, unfortunately... Did you find a solution?

Where did you enter the address, under Anti-Spam, Expression filter, or under Per domain Profiles, your-profile, blocked expressions?

I've tried both, and both do not seem to work..?

Correction....

Even though without any perl it should have worked (shouldn't it..?) it did in fact NOT.

And WITH perl, it DOES work:

drrna3\@gmail\.com blocks drrna3@gmail.com

(And I've entered it in my 'Per Domain Profile' tab.)
