Astaro v6 smtp logs?

I have a customer that is running v6 of Astaro. The mail server is an Exchange 2003 server which has been running fine for over a year. There is one user that cannot sent to a remote user, but others can (this user has a hotmail.com account). Is there a specific log that I can look at that might give me a hint of what's going on?

There is a SMTP log... you can view or download it from the web interface, or look in /var/log/smtp.log on the console for the current day, or /var/log/smtp/ for archived logs.

I will take a look at them.

I'm looking for a log that might show me the hand shaking going on between the two router/mail exchangers to see why mail is not being delivered. It looks like everything is working properly, but the remote site never gets the mail.
