Address unknown not correctly

Hi,

how can this be possible: I send an eMail vom a yahoo- and also from an web.de-account to my adresse: iam@mydomain.com

The mail from yahoo works, but not from web.de. First i think a problem on web.de but in my logfile i found this:

2008:03:28-11:17:46 (none) exim[16645]: 2008-03-28 11:17:46 H=fmmailgate09.web.de [217.72.192.184]:49260 F= rejected RCPT : Address unknown
2008:03:28-11:17:46 (none) exim[16645]: 2008-03-28 11:17:46 SMTP connection from fmmailgate09.web.de [217.72.192.184]:49260 closed by QUIT

Whats wrong here?

hello,

the problem is not solved. Explain the problem from other site:

see picture for better understanding...

1. I send an eMail to info@int.mydomain.de
2. The primary MX cannot get this (possible offline, not enough recources or because greylisting)
3. The sender(-mailserver) goes to the secondary MX.
4. This sends the eMail back to sender with the error: 550 Adress unknown.

What can i do now? In V6 i was aible to deactivate the "recipient verification", but not in V7.
