After upgrade log query tool doesn't work

After upgrading to 6.312 the one server acts very strange. when trying to do a query in the log, I select SMTP Proxy, then I write in the string to search for. When I then click on Start button, the selected logs windows is cleared, and I'm not even sure that it select the SMTP log, because searching on anything that should be in the log, returns an empty log show window.
 
Anyone seen that before?
