some of email domain can't send like Hotmail

Dear all,

i have ASG 220 and i have an Exchange server and i configure the SMTP proxy correctly.

but some of the email's domain i can't send them emails from my exchange account. i don't know why?

Gmail: I can send to my Gmail account and i can receive from Gmail account.

Hotmail: when I sent an Email from my company Email to my hotmail account I didn't receive it and also from my hotmail when I sent an Email to my company account i didn't receive


please advice.

    I too have had this problem.
    This only happened to one domain that I was sending to so my first thought was that for some reason my domain had been included in some RBL. I spent many hours trying to find out if this was the case but was not able to find any RBL with my domain listed.
    I found out yesterday that someone else (from my domain) was able to send an email to the above domain successfully.
    I am checking this again today to see if the problem still exists.

    Well, for what ever reason, I am now able to successfully send emails to the one domain I could not send to before.

    No configuration changes to the ASG have been made, other than applying the two latest up2dates (that do not mention this as an issue that was resolved). I am now running 7.104.

    I had the problem for at least eight weeks and nothing I tried worked in getting messages through. I did not receive any NDRs from the domain in question either.
    Very strange.
