Spam no working ???

We need more information... for instance, what Version of Astaro are you running?  7.104 is the latest release, if you aren't running that, you probably should update to it.

My version 7,104, a post earlier mensionan that restarting work, I did and it worked for a few days, now I rebooted again and was running again, but not by how many days.

If he spam scanning engine is functional, then all that would remain would be to tighten up/edit the smtp proxy anti spam settings, in order to disallow this type of spam. 
Using such features as expression filtering/etc. in order to control mail more closely.

uh..no..i have it as tight as i can set it without getting legit mail 
caught.  The mails that are getting through get caught by my ipcop 
anti-spam firewalls and they are spams that have been out for years. 
Only after 7.102 did these old style spams start getting through. 
Nothing has changed on my end.  I also have a dedicated server that i 
have built that has had the exact same configuration for 2 years and it 
catches the very spams your product is now missing.  There's nothing 
wrong with my configuration..it's the anti-spam engine.

Then go back to ipcop.

You missed my point.  I'm not going back to ipcop here.  My point was to show them that the issue is not my configuration or my Astaro settings and other products without commercial backing are catching the very spams astaro is missing..:0

Also..if i wanted to go back to ipcop..trust me i would have said so..ask others who have been on the board as long or longer than i have.  i try hard to say what i mean not the other way around.

Actaully I got your point. 

You asked for help from Astaro support, who appear to be trying to help you. 
I'll guess that you have a home license, which they don't need to help you with, however I may be wrong on that little item.
And your reply to them was quite 'in your face' na na na ,, rather then noting down anything of actual use to them..and furthering posting their replies in a rather condescending manner perhaps here? 

Or maybe I AM missing the point you are trying to make after all.
Because it appears to me, to be rather clear. Really. 

Also, not sure if you are aware, there actually was a spam scnner engine issue post 7.102. 
Where the spam scanner needs to be restarted. I forget the exact way, but I think it's posted somewhere here on the forum , last I saw.

That is the culmination of a looooong running conversation full of canned responses and not much in terms of useful answers.  I have sent in samples as well.  they even have unfettered access to one of the firewalls and i will provide upon request have unfettered access to both.
