Spam report not delivered to all users

Dear all
We are running Astaro V7 (7.103). It is integrated with Active Directory.
For most of the users the daily spam report will be delivered, however one user doesn't receive it.
Any ideas?

    Some more information please.  Is this user any different in some way from the others?

    No, if I open the end-user portal I see spam in the quarantaine.
    The user is absolutely the same as all other users....

    It's not something so simple as the user having a filter setup to move anything marked with "Spam" in the subject to the trash is it?

    I am fairly confident this is a bug.

    I have responded to this issue on 3 separate customers Astaro's (appliance and software) and have not been able to resolve it.  The issue comes and goes and starts working again after a few days/weeks, then stops again.

    It has even happened on our own appliance where one user just mysteriously stops receiving their DSR, despite there being new email in the quarantine for the user.

    Astaro has not given me any definitive answer about this, but I am planning to call them back today to push for an answer/update.

    I will post my findings on here afterwards.

    Is there any solution to this problem? I have the same problem with one user (unfortunately the boss). He has 1 mailaddress with 2 alias... but the report is only sent to one of the aliases.

    i'm runnning asg 220 with version 7.104.

    same here. but we have more than one user that is skipped from receiving his DSR. Hopefully Astaro delivers a patch asap

    We too are having the same problem, one particular user every day is not getting the report.  I have logged a platinum support call  I will post if I get a response.

    I have received a response
    this is due to different upper/lowercase in mysql database I mean that there exists the following:

    FrEd@fred.com
    fred@fred.com

    This 'confused' the Cffd, therefore I copied our latest version of cffd to your system where this issue is fixed.

    The official Bugfix will be included in Version 7.300 (planned for August).

    ------------

    So all ring up astaro and they will copy a new cffd to your box.
