SPAM emails didn't go through the filtering process

Hi,

I would like to ask help with regards to Astaro Email Security. We have incident where in end users receive SPAM emails. I've checked the header of the SPAM emails and noticed that the following lines are present. Normally, these lines are present and indicates that it went through the filtering process.

X-Antivirus-Status:
X-cff-SpamScore:
X-cff-SpamReport: ----- -----
X-cff-LastScanner: 

I would appreciate help on this on how to check and fix this problem.
