Incoming Mails are not delivered.
Hello we have big problems with mails not pushed to our mailserver.
We have Astaro security Gateway V7 (Model ASG 120 and firmware 7.101) which receives our emails and should push it to our mailserver.
What is happening. Astaro can´t deliver always all the mails. It routes for example 100 mails to the mailserver then 10 Minutes I have no traffic to the mailserver.
Astaro receives from outside more mails but can´t deliver them.
On my mailserver logs I can see, that astaro is connecting but does not deliver.
After some minutes some mails are pushed again to the mailserver, but not all.
Watching my SMTP quarantine window.
I have 10.000 mails there shown in SMTP and unaffected (i can´t believe that this number tells me the number of processed mails)
No mails waiting for delivery. Astaro receives mails from outside and the counters for SMTP and unaffected rise to for example 11300. .
On my mailserver no mail is arriving.
After a period of time, astaro is delivering some mails and the counters for SMTP and unaffected decrease to 10.500.
Then its starts over again and again.
It is clear that I lose mails.
I am missing more and more mails.
Sometimes mails are delivered 2 days later.
In the mailheader information I can see that the mail was waiting on the astaro for delivering on that late mails.
Worse is, that mails don´t reach my mailserver at all and disappear or rest on astaro.
We have no SPAM filters or antivirus protection enabled on astaro
One of so many errors in my logfile:

We need help fast becaus we need our emails.
