Is it possible to create a black list for e-mail adresses?

    Do you want to stop people on you internal network to fetch "unauthorized" POP3-Accounts?
    If so you could achieve this by denying access to the respective POP3-servers via a packetfilter rule.

    If that's not what you intended: nevermind :-)
