Not that I'm complaining . . .

Since updating from v6.x to v7.101 I have noticed that I receive less than 5-10% of the SPAM in the Quarantine Manager that I used to get.
None of my email addresses, nor my public IP address, have changed but the number of emails being "trapped" has significantly decreased. This has not meant that additional SPAM is getting to the desktop; it isn't.

There is no indication of mail messages being rejected in the logs. 
I am pretty sure that the spammers of the world are oblivious to my ASG update so where has all of this SPAM gone?

As my subject line states; I am not complaining but I am confused.
Why should the number of SPAM messages my domains receive have changed after updating to v7.101?

    FWIW, Spam rejected due RBLs, Greylisting, and possibly BATV will never be quarantined as they are never received by the fw; the sender is rejected by ASL's mailserver during the SMTP greeting.

    Looking at the SMTP logs should let you see these rejections.

    Suffering from a bit of a brain fart me thinks . . .
    It would appear that I have been looking in the wrong log file. Looking at the SMTP proxy log, not the SMTP engine log.

    So; has v7 changed significantly from v6 in this area?
    I ask this because I have pretty much the same settings on v7 that I had in v6 and in v6 I got heaps of SPAM in the quarantine manager.
