I dont think there is any configurable "greylisting timeout" parameter. Even if you fine one and configure, it is up to the sending MTA to come back which can sometimes be hours down the line. By default, from Astaro Greylisting perspective, the email is rejected for a period of time of five minutes.
I know, it is not easy to explain if you are expecting an email right now.
