I believe that SPAM report runs around Midnight or 1:00AM local time. Right now there is not a way to configure it to happen more than once a day or at different times (at least not using the GUI). I think this is one feature request that several people have submitted... perhaps when they get to work on 7.200 (judging from posts here from Astaro developers, there will be a focus on the email proxies in that release) they will add that. I have noted at customer sites with large numbers of mailboxes that there can be a significant hit on the processor while the report is created and emailed out...
