Bit of a issue that I am sure some one can help me with.
Just changed from v6 to v7.101 and noticed something a little strange.
In the Quarantine Manager it said that there were 5 emails in quarantine. Under SMTP there is a listing stating that there are 5 "unaffected" emails. When I open the quarantine manager there are no emails listed. Selecting the action "clear quarantine" has no affect on removing these phantom messages.
What are unaffected emails and how do I remove them from the quarantine manager?
Another question; Is there a way, as was possible in v6 to display "all" quarantined SMPT mail rather than having to select all the different types in order to view them?
