I've talked with our Astaro-reseller yesterday, and he said that Astaro is working on an update currently, which will completely replace exim!
And with this update, the blacklist will return.
However, I don't know when this update will be available.

Which version of ASG will this be effective to? Version 6 and up or Version 7 and up?

Exim will be replaced in ASG v7. I don't know if there will ever be huge updates like this for ASG v6 anymore.

But ASG 6 does have simple blacklists for the SMTP-proxy. Only ASG 7 lacks that simple feature.
