HTML email stripped and tagged as "{disarmed}" Help!

I have a customer using the ASG (7.101)

They are receiving mails without a problem, that is until one comes through with any form of HTML content.  These ones arrive with pictures, links, Javascript etc removed, so rendering the mail next to useless to them.

I am well aware of the dangers of active content in mails and have explained that to the customer, but he still wants to receive un-stripped HTML mail.  

I don't want to turn the POP3 Proxy off, as it's acting as an effective virus scanner. My problem is that I can't find any settings to allow active content though.  Does anyone know how I can do this?

    Hi,
    what sort of mail client is he using. I use MS-Outlook 2003 at home and for one of my friends his e-mail is almost unreadable, the html is just plain text. I get his e-mail at work and it just fine, I can forward it to home and it just fine.
    It has something to do with the way my pop3 client is setup. It only happens on this vista 32/ms-outlook 2003 setup, my laptop is fine.
