5200 Unaffected emails!

Hi all,

Currently running 7.009 and have 5200 unaffected emails listed in the Statistics page on the Quarantine Manager. We seem to be sending and receiving emails ok, so not sure what these emails are.

I have looked through all the options in the quarantine manager but can't see the emails listed.

Is there anyway to see what the emails are?

I have tried SSH into the astaro box, but not sure where to look! I have found the command exim -bp to view emails but not sure where exim is stored on Astaro file structure.

    Hi!
    You should have clicked on the question mark in the upper right corner of the WebAdmin-Interface. The docs there say:
    Unaffected: The total of messages that are unaffected in terms of security, that is, messages that do not contain any harmful content. The value for messages tagged as Unaffected is given for statistical purposes only. Because all of these messages have been delivered successfully, they are not stored in the e-mail quarantine.

    So the "funny" thing is, when Astaro says there are 5300 Mails "in quarantine" and 5000 "unaffected", that means there are only 300 in quarantine, because the 5000 unaffected mails are not there anymore! [8-)]

    Thanks for the reply. We have been having a few email problems, so I was worried that emails were being held by Astaro.

    then what does the unaffected and waiting for delivery actually mean ?
